okay, here we are. as promised the news from the gig tonight. first: shangri la was not played!! show starts delayed 8:30pm, so maybe this was the reason to leave it out. not very happy about this. anyway. setlist was the usual so. venue was sold out, with standing audience in front, very good. the sound: the first songs suffered under some issues, there was not really much power, the bass was very weak at the beginning. marks voice was weak, too, but with growing in general, sound was better in 2nd half. overall i think it was a good sound, but as i mentioned it in another thread, in my opinion it could be more at volume. it was ok, but not impressive. drums were very weak, something i noticed on every tour since golden heart, danny deserves more power, really! i want to feel the drumsticks. music: great. one word. there“s nothing equal on the road. the band is fantastic. all of them. "true love will never fade" is wonderful in the live version. heart-touching. "speedway" suffered under the weak drum-volume. wonderful: "fish and the bird". thanks to the band and the power that gave them this talent...
